Professional summary
Mr. Woodford’s practice focuses on counseling clients in all facets of construction litigation. He assists clients in complex, high-value disputes in jury and nonjury trials, arbitrations, and mediations in matters involving contract disputes, schedule claims, risk management, unforeseen site conditions, and payment remedies to claims of defective work. Prior to joining Martin Hild, P.A., Mr. Woodford worked for a national firm where he handled complex commercial litigation disputes and class actions throughout the country. His diverse litigation background and experience enable him to approach each case uniquely to achieve the best results for his clients.
