Mr. Burleson provides legal services to clients large and small in the construction industry including general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals throughout the country. He focuses his practice primarily on complex construction claims, assisting clients through all phases of litigation including contract preparation and review, delay claim development, lost productivity, differing site conditions, dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, and trial. Mr. Burleson also has experience in various areas of complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts in fields such as contract and business disputes and real property litigation.
